Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wallenius Wilhelmsen. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through service level excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support WW/Eukor Customer Support team activities within the region
- Perform business activities between ELS CC/Doc, Port operations, Trade, and commercial office
- Ensure relationships between Customer Support/Documentation, customers, vendors, and other WW departments remain strong and mutually productive
- Drive customer service excellence through the phone and over email, by delivering quality output, and working efficiently and productively
Requirements
- Two years or more of customer care experience
- Two years or more of experience in the maritime and logistics industry preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Clear and articulate communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Computer knowledge is needed to work in multiple applications
- Ability to work under pressure, to reach personal and team assigned goals
- Engage, understand and commit to follow company's policies, values, and indicators
