Cooltra, a leading company in sustainable mobility, seeks a B2B Sales Manager to drive business growth in Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy, identifying and reaching out to potential customers, and closing cooperation agreements. Your tasks will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive business growth in Portugal
  • Identifying and reaching out to potential customers to establish new business relationships
  • Closing cooperation agreements with key clients
  • Handling direct customer inquiries and cold calling to drive sales
  • Creating and managing CRM databases to track customer interactions
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
  • Conducting market analysis and reporting to inform sales strategy
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrable success in achieving targets and driving business growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Portuguese native level and advanced English skills
  • Preferably residence in Lisbon and surroundings
