Cooltra, a leading company in sustainable mobility, seeks a B2B Sales Manager to drive business growth in Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy, identifying and reaching out to potential customers, and closing cooperation agreements. Your tasks will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive business growth in Portugal
- Identifying and reaching out to potential customers to establish new business relationships
- Closing cooperation agreements with key clients
- Handling direct customer inquiries and cold calling to drive sales
- Creating and managing CRM databases to track customer interactions
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Conducting market analysis and reporting to inform sales strategy
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrable success in achieving targets and driving business growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships
- CRM experience is a plus
- Portuguese native level and advanced English skills
- Preferably residence in Lisbon and surroundings
- Permanent employment contract and full-time position
