As a French Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities include addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, providing detailed information about our products and services, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, collaborating with team members to improve customer service procedures and satisfaction, and keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Requirements
  • Fluent in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, whether remotely or on-site.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
