About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide multichannel support to customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries.
  • Web Services Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of CBT's web services and offer helpful information to customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing personalized solutions.

Requirements
