We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in customer service, preferably in contact centers or sales. Experience in tourism or travel-related industries is a plus.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German. They should also be proficient in handling multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining attention to detail, and resolving customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high satisfaction rates
- Process bookings and sales, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems promptly
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing customer needs
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Fluent German (C2 level or higher)
- Previous customer service experience in contact centers or similar roles
- Digital literacy and problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
- EU member state passport/valid residence permit for Portugal/certificate of temporary protection for refugees
