Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of €1,124 per month, including a food allowance of €7 on a meal card, as well as language and productivity allowances. Our working hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling pallet collections with clients, communicating with them in both German and English, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of customer queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in a call center environment, be fluent in German and English, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Location:
