Are you looking for a rewarding career in customer service? We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Experience Expert to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our international team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients' customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. A native level of German and at least a B1 level of English is required, as well as enthusiasm about movies, shows, and intercultural communication. Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, with two options:

  • Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950€ - 1.000€ gross/month (based on level of experience)
  • Excluding accommodation: 1.300 - 1.400€ gross/month (based on level of experience)

For international candidates, we provide reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU), and help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon arrival.

Our company also offers free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities, and social events organized by us. You will have real career opportunities in different career paths and a fully paid training period.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients' activities by offering world-class service to their customers
  • Answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Identifying issues and providing solutions
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Recording data in the CRM system
  • Providing ad-hoc support
  • Being a team player and participating in the success of the team and project
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A native level of German and at least a B1 level of English
  • Enthusiasm about movies, shows, and intercultural communication
  • Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
  • Being an attentive listener, comfortable, and skilled at communicating with people
  • Energy, innovation, and a proactive approach to work at a fast pace
