Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fintech Customer Advisor to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries via various channels, and assisting with navigation on our online banking portal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries via inbound channels such as chat and email.
  • Assist clients with navigation on the online banking portal.
  • Provide excellent, responsive customer service, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance customer experience.
  • Supply information on product conditions, marketing campaigns, branch organization, and services.
  • Schedule client appointments.
  • Process final inquiries, including sending forms, ordering duplicates, income statements, and handling PIN/TAN orders for online banking.
  • Implement card blocking procedures when necessary.
  • Mediate and escalate cases to appropriate departments like branches, hotlines, security centers, quality management, Wealth Management, or other affiliates of the bank.

Requirements

  • Customer Service profile experience (preferable)
  • Very dynamic and proactive
