Job Title: Technical Support Specialist L1
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist L1 to provide turnkey support to our customers on the Planet Hoist Network. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering content to end users, providing Level 1 support via phone, email, or tickets, and analyzing data to determine root causes of problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver content to end users in an appropriate manner, focused on meeting contracted customers' SLAs and KPIs.
- Provide Level 1 support via phone, email, tickets, or other needed methods on Hoist/Planet managed solutions.
- Analyze data to determine root causes of problems and resolve them remotely.
- Maintain system capabilities by testing existing equipment and programs.
- Carry out screen-sharing to help customers get set up and operational.
- Empower customers by promoting the Knowledge base and self-service.
- Configure security, operational, and access settings/permissions for groups or individuals.
