Key Responsibilities- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, ensuring all communications are clear, friendly, and professional.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, order processing, returns, and general inquiries about our beauty offerings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills.
- B2 level proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, ideally within the beauty sector.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
