At Delagroup, we are recruiting a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support and service.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills to provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide seamless customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and escalate complex cases as needed
  4. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate solutions to customers
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including feedback and complaints

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English at C1 or C2 level (eliminatory requirement)
  • Native or C2 level proficiency in Swedish, Dutch, Finnish, or Norwegian (eliminatory requirement)
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in handling inbound calls, responding to emails, and providing real-time chat support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution
