The estimated annual salary for this position is between 50,000 - 70,000 euros, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Chief Customer Support Liaison. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general and technical support to customers who utilize our paid products.

  • Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures
  • Manage policy, safety, and copyright matters

This includes working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A native-level proficiency in Polish
  • Fluency in English (B2)
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in customer support within a contact center
  • A good understanding of BPO KPIs, including C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs
