Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a Business Development Representative with Polish-English language skills, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our technology clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through consultative selling and identify sales opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
  • Cultivate existing customer relationships while establishing and maintaining new ones, working collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
  • Negotiate product knowledge with customers to close sales, handle objections, and rebuttals during customer interactions.
  • Develop a healthy sales pipeline to achieve targets by prospecting, developing accounts, and closing deals.

Requirements:
  • 1+ year's demonstrated sales experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Polish and English.
  • Some understanding of cloud-based software.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and ability to resolve issues before escalating to the next level.
  • Reside in or able to work in Krakow, Poland.
