Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Crm Specialist to join our Growth team at Photocentric. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining CRM strategies to drive customer conversion, retention, and revenue growth.

About the Role

You will work closely with Product Marketing to scope CRM campaign needs linked to business development workstreams. This includes building content and audiences for broadcast and targeted emails, ensuring all email campaigns are accurate, tested, and deployed on time.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product Marketing to develop and deploy CRM campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Build and manage customer journeys, combining learnings to date and new ideas to deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and analyze referral data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and recommend improvements to maximize engagement, conversion rates, and revenue

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing, preferably in e-commerce businesses with repeat purchase behavior and/or seasonal orientation
  • Comfortable using CRM marketing platforms to build and deploy campaigns, as well as experience with marketing automation software, ideally Ortto
  • Strong data-driven and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate insights to drive data-informed decisions
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
