Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our business development team in Lisbon, Portugal.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building a pipeline through cold calling to business clients in the hospitality industry. Your key responsibilities include qualifying potential deals before passing them on to the Country Manager.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills
  • Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B setting
  • A strong motivation and drive to advance rapidly in a sales career
  • The ability to take initiative and achieve results
  • Comfort with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone
  • The ability to meet sales targets and continuously exceed expectations

Offer

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive basic salary of EUR 25,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission (20% OTE). Additionally, you will have the opportunity to progress your career rapidly within our company.
