Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working closely with the HR Team to identify recruitment needs and support discussions
  • Headhunting and engaging with candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
  • Screening CVs and candidates via phone and video, as well as writing evaluations for candidates
  • Recruiting for various roles across departments and locations
  • Reporting on progress and flagging issues related to roles or projects
  • Contributing to the collection and presentation of external salary benchmarking data to the business
  • Managing and maintaining ATS functions and workflow
  • Assisting in the creation, proofreading, and publishing of job descriptions on all platforms, including social media and job boards
  • Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the process and providing timely feedback
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record as a Recruiter or in a similar position, preferably in-house, for at least 2 years
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
