This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and make a real impact on our expansion in Porto.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Property Acquisition: Identify and acquire new properties for management, expanding our portfolio in Porto.
  2. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM (Pipedrive), ensuring a strategic follow-up of each lead.
  3. Lead Response Times: Ensure fast lead response times, maximizing conversion opportunities.
  4. Lost Lead Re-engagement: Re-engage lost leads, identifying new opportunities to bring property owners and investors back into the pipeline.
  5. Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships (B2C and B2B) with property owners, investors, and key industry players.
  6. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competition, adjusting strategies to optimize growth.
  7. Property Visits: Conduct property visits and meetings, ensuring a tailored and effective approach.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proven track record in Business Development/Sales (5+ years), preferably in short-term rentals, tourism, or real estate.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building trust with clients and partners.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus).
  • Proactive and autonomous, able to manage leads and close deals independently.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency, knowing when to accelerate negotiations to close deals at the right time.
