About the Role:
As a Consumer Engagement Services Advisor at Nestlé, you will play a vital part in helping consumers with their queries and concerns related to our products and services. This role is ideal for a highly communicative and empathetic individual who can thrive in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with new product features, functionalities, and campaigns to provide informed support to customers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Possess a strong understanding of CRM systems and be able to navigate them effectively.
Requirements:
• Fluency in German, French, and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to adapt tone and language to suit different brands and communication channels.
• Experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong focus on problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Nestlé industry and its products is a plus.
