**Job Description**

The Global Consumer Services Expert will assist Nestlé consumers with questions and doubts regarding our products and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer queries via phone and written channels in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identifying customer needs and providing solutions through product features and functionalities.
  • Encoding internal databases with information about consumer requests.
  • Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with relevant stakeholders.
  • Informing customers about new features, functionalities, and campaigns.
  • FOLLOWING UP WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE THEIR ISSUES ARE RESOLVED.
  • Gathering consumer feedback and completing a FAQ database and knowledge-based documents.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
  • Customer management orientation.
  • Familiarity with the Nestlé industry is a plus.
  • Understanding of CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail.

**Estimated Salary:** €25,000 - €35,000 per year. This estimate is based on the location (Portugal) and the level of experience required for the position.
