The estimated salary for this role is between €950-€1,400 gross per month, depending on experience. This includes free accommodation options or a competitive monthly stipend for those who prefer to live independently.
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Agent to provide expert assistance to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your responsibilities will include consulting on the purchase of gaming-related products, guiding users in utilizing their products, and delivering efficient guidance and recommendations for purchasing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of German and a good level of English
- Enthusiasm about gaming and affinity for technology
