German Speaking Customer Advisor Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a German Speaking Customer Advisor in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our German-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Web Services Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our web services and offer accurate, clear, and helpful information to customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver personalized solutions that meet their needs.
  • Communication: Communicate professionally, empathetically, and clearly with customers, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across various departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer service.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect valuable feedback from customers to share with our company for service improvements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and intermediate English (B2) skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service is advantageous, but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
  • Skills:
    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide quick, effective solutions.
    • Customer-Oriented: Passion for providing excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
    • Adaptability: Comfort in working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new challenges.

    • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new web-based applications quickly.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of around €40,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:

Schedule

You will work Monday to Sunday, with rotational shifts between 08:00h - 18:00h and 08:00h - 17:00h on weekends. Occasional extended hours may be required.
