Job Description

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Porto. As the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service via phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Web Services Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of our web services and provide accurate, clear, and helpful information to customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver personalized solutions that meet their needs.
  • Communication: Communicate professionally, empathetically, and clearly with customers, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Collaboration: Work with colleagues across various departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and at least intermediate English (B2).
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
  • Skills:
    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide quick, effective solutions.
    • Customer-Oriented: Passion for providing excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
    • Adaptability: Comfort in working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new challenges.
    • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
    • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new web-based applications quickly.
