Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job DescriptionWe are seeking a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Porto. As the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service via phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Web Services Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of our web services and provide accurate, clear, and helpful information to customers.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver personalized solutions that meet their needs.
- Communication: Communicate professionally, empathetically, and clearly with customers, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Collaboration: Work with colleagues across various departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer service.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and at least intermediate English (B2).
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
- Skills:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide quick, effective solutions.
- Customer-Oriented: Passion for providing excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- Adaptability: Comfort in working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new challenges.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new web-based applications quickly.
In addition to the salary and benefits mentioned earlier, we also offer:
- Rotational Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 08:00h - 18:00h, with two rotational days off.
- Relocation Package: For candidates relocating from abroad, we offer a comprehensive relocation package, including flight tickets and accommodation support.
