Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Support merchants with inquiries about our product and service, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives, focusing on customer satisfaction and happiness.
- Native or fluent German language skills (C2 level).
- Fluent English language skills (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous contact center or customer service experience.
- Aptitude for technology applications and willingness to learn.
- Competitive base salary: €25,000 - €35,000 per annum.
- Dynamic and creative team environment.
- Meal allowance and guidance for professional growth.
- Opportunities for training and skill development.
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 - 17:00.
- Possibility of extending late shifts until 21:00 as per client agreement.
- 40 hours of work per week (full-time).
