About the Role
We're seeking an Owner Experience Agent to provide exceptional support to our hosts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering professional and timely support via email and phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional owner support via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Respond to level 1 owner inquiries and troubleshoot issues as needed, serving as the first point of contact for active booking issues and requests.
- Take ownership of issues and strive to resolve them, or escalate to the appropriate department as needed.
- Maintain a high level of owner satisfaction by ensuring quality and professional service at all times.
- Stay up-to-date on GuestReady owner processes and tools, adapting to changes and updates in our systems.
- Be proactive in finding creative solutions to owner requests, leveraging your knowledge of our services and resources to exceed owner expectations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English and Portuguese.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Comfortable with technology and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
