The RoleAs a Global Business Expansion Representative, you'll join our Benelux pod in Lisbon to identify and create qualified sales opportunities that will drive Rydoo's presence in the Benelux market. You'll collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and develop a strategic sales approach for the region. With your exceptional communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and organizational expertise, you'll directly impact our sales pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate a sales pipeline that can be converted into closed business through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and other creative approaches to engage key prospects.
- Qualify outbound leads to understand their business challenges related to expense management and assess how Rydoo can help.
- Work closely with the sales team, aligned on the market strategy, to grow the pipeline and customer base in your assigned region.
- Gather marketing information about customers, competitors, and pricing.
Requirements:
- A natural hunter personality who enjoys getting into the details of a customer and finding out what they're looking for.
- A people-first approach who loves talking to clients and can turn a no into a yes.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (minimum C1 level), with additional languages being a bonus.
- 1-2 years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, preferably as an SDR or in an outbound sales role.
- Experience in account-based marketing and growth tactics.
- Highly organized and able to adapt easily to change.
- A growth mindset, demonstrated quota achievement, and/or a track record of success in prior roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills.
- A results-oriented mindset.
- A compassionate, unselfish, and true team player.

Salary: Approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
