Job Description
Tn Portugal seeks a seasoned Digital Customer Experience Leader to drive the development and implementation of innovative customer engagement solutions. This role will be responsible for leading the discovery, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of our customer and mar-tech platforms, and other digital applications and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall audience enablement for marketing, sales, and service end-points including system connectivity, automation of data refreshes, manual ad-hoc list pulls, and ongoing optimisations
- Develop, implement, and document requirements, business rules, workflows, and processes for marketing automation tools
- Track product adoption, system performance, unnecessary redundancies, and value delivered through marketing technology
- Project oversight of all new technology implementations, including timelines, coordination with PM team and implementation partners/vendors, and ongoing management and reporting of critical deliverables
Requirements and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing (more on the tech side), hands-on experience implementing and ongoing product ownership, and extensive knowledge of marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, data warehousing, personalization enablement, and data-driven marketing principles.
