Job Description:

As a Premier Customer Experience Champion at FedEx, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise Global & Regional Accounts, providing proactive solutions to their needs and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively investigate customers' specific needs and follow up to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and timely information through friendly and professional multi-channel communication.
  • Solve customer service issues and enhance the overall customer experience by identifying optimal long-term solutions.
  • Input accurate information into systems and use appropriate tools to deliver standard reports to Key Customers and Customer Experience management.
  • Identify and optimize new business opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless and outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, customer-focused, and commercially aware individual.
  • Excellent communication and contact skills.
  • Good PC skills to work within our bespoke systems.
  • Demonstrates initiative, organization, and adaptability while working in a pressurized team environment.
  • Experience in a customer service environment, including complaint-handling/sales responsibilities would be advantageous.
