As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners' products and services through incoming calls or emails. You will review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly while demonstrating the ability to analyze information and solve problems. You will also work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.

We are looking for individuals who have a high level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2). If you have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit, we encourage you to apply. Proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and a great team player are essential qualities for this role.

This full-time position comes with an indefinite contract, competitive salary ranging from €35,000 to €55,000 per year, depending on experience, and a performance bonus.
