The Role

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive support to customers using our paid products, encompassing Premium, Music, Super Chat, Super Stickers, movies, shows, and channel memberships.
  • Escalating complex issues according to established procedures.
  • Managing policies, safety, and copyright guidelines, including understanding ads, navigation policy, and copyright regulations.
  • Troubleshooting diverse problems, such as video playback, uploading, account, and bug-related issues, as well as membership concerns.
  • Offering customer support for monetization purposes, including guidance on how to make money and optimize channels.
  • Staying updated on client policies and guidelines.
  • Assisting with account and settings, resolving content ID and rights management issues.
Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek an individual who speaks and writes Czech fluently, possesses excellent English skills (B2 level), and has at least 12 months of experience in Customer Support within a Contact Center environment. The ideal candidate should be familiar with BPO KPIs, including C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs, possess strong computer handling skills, and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, research skills, and communication skills. A service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach is essential.

We provide a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 per annum, considering the cost of living in Copenhagen or Sliema. Our benefits package includes:
