Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for skilled Customer Support Specialists to join our client in Lisbon.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. Your primary objective will be to respond to incoming user requests on the platform, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user requests on the platform
- Follow up on requests until resolution
- Escalate challenges encountered with clients to the assigned Performance Coach
- Train and proactively support clients in mastering the platform
- Proactively promote platform innovations to clients
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and Spanish + English is a strong plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role required
- Proficiency in IT tools and various communication channels
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Benefits:
- Permanent contract (40h/week)
- Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Base Salary: 1400€
- Meal allowance: 7.23€/day
- Health Insurance
- Monthly transport pass reimbursement (40€)
