About the Role
As an Italian Lqa Specialist, you will work within our Localization Quality Assurance team and be the first point of contact for localized game content. You'll collaborate with a global project team to ensure that the game is free from grammatical errors, cultural inconsistencies, and accurately localized into the target language.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a global project team to ensure the game's quality and accuracy
Identify and correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and other language errors
Ensure adherence to console manufacturer guidelines
Log details of errors and issues, providing improvement suggestions
Ensure accurate translation within context and maintain consistency in terminology and imagery
Identify missing or incorrect content and ensure proper display/format of dates, calendars, and characters
Write reports on errors and bugs found and perform ad hoc translation
Requirements:
Fluency in Italian and basic English
No experience required; we'll provide the training and support needed
Strong cultural understanding of the language
Computer literacy, particularly with Excel
Robust Internet research skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and collaborate within project teams
