Strix is seeking a talented Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying informed of new products and competition status.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients to secure and expand business opportunities.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve excellent performance levels.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and technological advancements in renewable energy and biodiversity consultancy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales growth and leading a successful sales team.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with proficiency in multilingual and multicultural environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
