Strix is seeking a talented Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying informed of new products and competition status.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients to secure and expand business opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve excellent performance levels.
- Stay informed of industry trends and technological advancements in renewable energy and biodiversity consultancy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales growth and leading a successful sales team.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with proficiency in multilingual and multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
