Global Business Development Director

BAUF, a German brand specializing in climate control systems, seeks an International Sales Manager. This role will play a key part in driving the company's international expansion through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Sales Development: Identify and attract new distributors in target markets (Europe, the Baltic, the Balkans, and CIS).
- Negotiations and Contract Management: Conduct negotiations and conclude contracts with partners.
- Partner Relationship Management: Manage relationships with existing partners.
Analysis and Strategy
- Market Analysis: Analyze target markets, competitors, and customer needs.
- Business Proposal Development: Develop business proposals tailored to each market.
Reporting and Compliance
- Report Preparation: Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- KPI Achievement: Meet established sales and customer engagement targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in HVAC or home appliances.
- Languages: Advanced English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for partner events and meetings.
