Job Title: Airbus HR Administrator - Strategic Support

Airbus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join its team in Portugal. This role will provide strategic support to the Reward Operations department, ensuring the accuracy and robustness of data in Excel files from Google forms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of data in Excel files from Google forms.
  • Verify the existence of diplomas or attestations for Long Service Awards and follow up with employees if necessary.
  • Archive attestation and diploma in Drive shared with Reward Operations.
  • Send regular Excel files with data to allow Reward Operations to calculate and integrate Long Service Awards.
  • Provide Level 1 support to employees on Long Service Award topics through ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with Reward Operations focal points to follow up on Long Service Award topics and cascade issues as needed.
  • Analyze sick leave certificates and register them in SAP.
  • Monitor salary certificates, follow up on anomalies, and resolve issues.

Requirements:
  • Mandatory fluency in English (Level C1/C2).
  • Previous experience working in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Workday & Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
