Pharmacy Business Development Specialist

Sanofi is a leading Consumer Healthcare business unit seeking an experienced Pharmacy Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth in the pharmacy channel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share in designated pharmacies and parapharmacies.
- Build strong relationships with pharmacy staff, providing training and support to increase sales of Sanofi's consumer healthcare brands.
- Negotiate and manage annual agreements, merchandise displays, and visibility campaigns to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
- Analyze sell-out performance, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing action plans to address gaps.
- Monitor finances, product flow, and cash flows between Sanofi and customers, ensuring seamless operations.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or scientific field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacy sales representative, preferably in the consumer healthcare market.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using IT tools and software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
