Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from €40,000 to €60,000 per year, reflecting their skills and experience.
About the Role
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for expanding product sales, building long-term partnerships with key pharmacy leaders, and conducting market analysis to implement effective sales strategies.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales and business development: Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Customer relationship management: Open and expand relationships with key pharmacy leaders and other significant players.
- Market analysis & intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and stakeholders' needs.
- Compliance and reporting: Ensure all activities and interactions with healthcare professionals are compliant with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Education: University degree in Management, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is appreciated.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with generics expertise.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
