We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our German-speaking customers.

The Role:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products and services.

With your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, you will ensure that our customers receive top-notch support and assistance. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and escalating complex issues to senior representatives when necessary.

Requirements:
