What You'll Do
In this role, as an Appliance Support Specialist, you will:
- Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners' products and services by incoming calls or emails.
- Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems.
- Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications
Phiture is a great match if you:
- Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
- Have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
- Love to identify the customers' needs and propose fast solutions.
- Are proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and a great team player.
- Having previous customer experience is a plus.
