**About the job**
- The HR Trainee will join the HR Transformation team and support the ongoing projects and programs by contributing to the management of employees queries during their entire life-cycle experience at BNP Paribas. They will support the project teams to ensure that communication channels are properly put in place and will provide clarifications to employees, managers and HR Colleagues on various HR topics, such as core benefits, work bargaining agreement etc. Overall, the HR Trainee will contribute to the engagement and retention of BNP Paribas employees and to an excellent employee experience.
**Your Main Activities Are**
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Project & Programs Communication Plans
- Take an active role in the implementation of an HR Support line dedicated to employees in order to address their specific queries related to core benefits, company merger, work bargaining agreement and other relevant topics
- Contribute to the contents, design, consultation, validation and release of communication materials
- Contribute to the organisation of trainings and clarification sessions for managers and employees
- Answer questions from other HR teams/professionals and employees regarding HR matters by also providing clear understanding on processes and applicable governance
- Support career management activities, namely by answering specific employee queries, forwarding them to the proper channel and/or tool
- Contribute to the organization of HR initiatives, Communication initiatives, HR events and learning & development activities, working closely with the relevant teams
- Contribute to promoting Human Resources policies, procedures, programs/tools and internal rulings based on the labour law
**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field
- Fluency in English is mandatory, both oral and written
- Good commands in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to deliver/Results driven
- Client focused
- Proactivity
