Job Description
As a Senior Travel Customer Advisor, you will assist travelers with best-in-class personalized support and more.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships across global teams.
- Solve issues with any travel or tech-related help they may require, ranging from standard platform queries to last-minute emergency travel situations.
- Meet and exceed KPIs.
- Assist the travelers with best-in-class personalized support.
- Provide feedback to the product and engineering team necessary for product improvement.
- Stay up to date with the travel industry and platform knowledge to deliver unparalleled service and support the company's success.
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian Language, C1 level or Higher.
- Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher.
- A team player who thrives in collaborating, giving and receiving feedback and lifting others up.
- 10-weeks training fully remote.
- Required to join office team meetings several times per month.
- Metrics-driven as an indicator and motivator of success.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional shifts (early mornings, late evenings and weekends), as we scale our support organization.
- Previous experience working with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan) is mandatory.
- Computer literate and confident using tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack and Salesforce as well as our unique, in-house, travel customer service platform.
- Previous experience using GDS systems handling flights bookings, cancelations, refunds….etc – Mandatory requirement.
- Previous working experience in customer service roles, ideally covering travel and hotel segments.
- A skilled communicator who enjoys creating personalized verbal and written communication.
