Função:

A Atlas Copco Portugal está comprometida em transformar a indústria liderando na transição para uma economia com baixas emissões de carbono, ajudando os nossos clientes a otimizar os seus sistemas de ar comprimido e gases, implementando os nossos equipamentos e soluções de serviço por meio dos canais mais eficientes.

Como Sales Development Rep de Serviço Após-Venda para a nossa Divisão de Compressores, irá ter a oportunidade de contribuir nesta missão, promovendo as nossas soluções de Serviços junto dos nossos clientes em Portugal.

Descrição função:

- Prospecção de novos negócios de serviço para sistemas de ar comprimido e gases em Portugal;

- Promover as nossas soluções de serviço Após-Venda (via telefone / email / videochamada);

- Verificar e pré-qualificar leads de marketing;

- Analisar histórico e base dados através de plataformas internas para criar oportunidades;

- Efectuar o primeiro contato com o cliente (cold calls);

- Ganhar atenção e interesse do cliente;

- Identificar necessidades e pontos problemáticos do cliente;

- Transferir leads e oportunidades para equipa de vendas externas ou internas;

Requisitos:

- Halibitações minimas 12º ano e facilidade com ferramentas digitais (microsoft office);

- Formação na área Electrotécnica, Electromecânica ou Mecânica ou área relacionada (preferencial);

- Experiência em vendas na área industrial, ou televendas / telemarketing (preferencial);

- Atitude proactiva e vontade de aprender;
- Capacidade de comunicação assertiva e de negociação;

- Fluência em português e em inglês, tanto falado como escrito;
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma automona e em equipa.
