Job Overview:
We are seeking a committed and proactive Customer Support Representative who is a native French speaker with a strong command of English (minimum B2 level). You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to orders, subscriptions, and invoices while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, addressing concerns regarding orders, subscriptions, and invoices.
  • Provide exceptional service to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Follow up on customer issues until they are fully resolved, meeting deadlines and maintaining service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the efficient processing of customer requests.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Requirements:

  • Native French speaker with proficient English skills (B2 level or higher).

  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary (paid per 14 months).
  • Fixed-term contract (CDD) for 6 months.
  • Performance Bonus of 100 euro per 12 months.
  • Meal Allowance (net) of 7.23 euro per day.
  • Transport allowance of 20 euro per month.
  • Free accommodation provided after 6 months (280 euro deducted directly from salary).
  • Airfare reimbursement (up to 400 euro for economy class) after 6 months of employment.
  • Weekends off for a healthy work-life balance.
  • Rotational shifts from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM or 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
