Job Overview:
We are seeking a committed and proactive Customer Support Representative who is a native French speaker with a strong command of English (minimum B2 level). You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to orders, subscriptions, and invoices while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, addressing concerns regarding orders, subscriptions, and invoices.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Follow up on customer issues until they are fully resolved, meeting deadlines and maintaining service standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the efficient processing of customer requests.
Ensure the confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Requirements:
Native French speaker with proficient English skills (B2 level or higher).
Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary (paid per 14 months).
- Fixed-term contract (CDD) for 6 months.
- Performance Bonus of 100 euro per 12 months.
- Meal Allowance (net) of 7.23 euro per day.
- Transport allowance of 20 euro per month.
- Free accommodation provided after 6 months (280 euro deducted directly from salary).
- Airfare reimbursement (up to 400 euro for economy class) after 6 months of employment.
- Weekends off for a healthy work-life balance.
- Rotational shifts from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM or 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
