The Role

Role: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: €985 14 salary payments across 12 months (x2 at Summer and X2 at Christmas) SIGINING BONUS € 985 EUROS 1st MONTH 2nd MONTHS 3rd MONTH 5th MONTH 6th MONTH 8th MONTH a total of 6 signing bonus a year.
Performance Bonus: Average 120 Euros performance bonus PLUS Guaranteed Language bonus up to 400 Euros for speakers who have these languages as mother tongue (300 for C1) Paid quarterly
Relocation: Provided
"Scheduling: Rotating shifts (5 working days, 2 days off) – total availability:
Morning Shifts 7am-4pm
Afternoon shifts 4pm-1am
Nights 10pm-7am"
Summary:
- Representing a major social channel, you will be responsible for reviewing video content uploaded by users to make sure the content is compliant with the social channels policies. No interaction with customers at all.
