Responsibilities
Responsibility for validating, specify and implement the business requirements, and the processes with the Sales Department (Sales, Sales Operations Planning and Customer Engagement); Active communication between the Business Area and the Developer; Run the applications lifecycle via Releases, project management skills are a plus; Assistance to the applications support for Incident and Problem Management; Consult on innovative solutions (on-premises & cloud) for the used applications; Maintain and create the documentation, and the team-internal knowledge platforms;Requirements
At least 5 years of experience within IT Area; Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Cloud/OnPremises); Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps etc.); Ability to work with Microsoft stack custom developed tools, development skills is a plus; Proven ability to understand and value highly integrated processes and data; Demonstrated ability to think and work logically and methodically; Demonstrated ability to communicate information clearly and concisely; Demonstrated process documentation experience, skill, and affinity.What we offer:
