Then join our team as a Customer Success Representative You'll be the primary point of contact for advertisers, helping them get the most out of our advertising platform.

What the Role Entails:

  • Be the friendly face and expert voice for advertisers and agencies.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, report bugs, and provide guidance on using the platform effectively.
  • Become a product knowledge master, dominating features and functionalities to help clients achieve their advertising goals.

  • Stable Schedule: Work 40 hours per week in rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM), with 2 days off per week and a 1-hour lunch break daily. (You'll be informed of your shifts 4 weeks in advance)
  • Great Location: Work in Lisbon City Center, surrounded by the energy of the Portuguese capital.
  • Growth Opportunity: This is a temporary contract with the possibility of renewal and becoming permanent.

Who We're Looking For:

  • People who are passionate about customer service and helping others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of advertising platforms (a plus).
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
