Cross Border Clients is hiring on behalf of a client of ours running a project for a leading cloud-based development platform with millions of users worldwide. Their mission is to empower users to create, design, manage, and develop their online presence exactly as they envision. They are passionate about supporting businesses, bloggers, and creatives to build websites, grow their brands, and achieve online success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot platform-related issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Educate users on platform features and help them optimize their websites.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Stay updated on new platform features and updates to provide accurate support.
  • Gather and relay user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday, rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Two rotating days off per week.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and at least B2-level English.
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site.
