Principais responsabilidades:
- Suporte operacional aos colaboradores da empresa
- Diagnosticar e solucionar problemas de software e hardware nos equipamentos de trabalho dos colaboradores
- Instalar e configurar softwares e periféricos
- Aceder a pedidos de suporte e proceder às respetivas soluções
- Documentar procedimentos de suporte e manuais para os utilizadores
- Coordenação com a equipa de IT para resolver problemas mais complexos
- Identificar e sugerir melhorias no suporte e processos de IT
Requisitos:
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos em suporte técnico ou helpdesk
- Fortes conhecimentos em sistemas operativos Linux, Windows e Mac
- Fortes conhecimentos de Redes IP
- Capacidade de organização e planeamento, garantindo um suporte eficiente e eficaz
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa, mantendo um bom relacionamento interpessoal
- Conhecimentos de Língua Portuguesa (nível avançado/proficiente) e Língua Inglesa (nível base)
O que valorizamos:
- Conhecimentos de Shell Scripting
- Conhecimentos sólidos sobre segurança de redes informáticas
- Conhecimentos de PL/SQL
- Experiência na gestão ou monitorização de SGBDs (MySQL, SQL Server,...)
