Procuramos um Service Desk para um projeto em Lisboa.

Perfil:

  • Experiencia no suporte a Office e Windows;
  • Experiencia com troubleshooting de software e hardware;
  • Conhecimentos de Sistemas Operativos;
  • Acesso remoto para troubleshooting em end users;
  • Capacidade de produzir documentacao e procedimentos para passagem de conhecimentos a outras equipas;
  • Fluencia oral e escrita na lingua Inglesa e Portuguesa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Prestar assistencia tecnica e suporte aos usuarios em questoes relacionadas ao sistema operacional Windows e aplicativos do pacote Office;
  • Diagnosticar e resolver problemas relacionados tanto ao software quanto ao hardware dos computadores dos usuarios, garantindo que os dispositivos estejam funcionando corretamente;
  • Utilizar ferramentas de acesso remoto para diagnosticar e resolver problemas tecnicos nos dispositivos dos usuarios, quando necessario.
