Perfil:
- Experiencia no suporte a Office e Windows;
- Experiencia com troubleshooting de software e hardware;
- Conhecimentos de Sistemas Operativos;
- Acesso remoto para troubleshooting em end users;
- Capacidade de produzir documentacao e procedimentos para passagem de conhecimentos a outras equipas;
- Fluencia oral e escrita na lingua Inglesa e Portuguesa.
Responsabilidades:
- Prestar assistencia tecnica e suporte aos usuarios em questoes relacionadas ao sistema operacional Windows e aplicativos do pacote Office;
- Diagnosticar e resolver problemas relacionados tanto ao software quanto ao hardware dos computadores dos usuarios, garantindo que os dispositivos estejam funcionando corretamente;
- Utilizar ferramentas de acesso remoto para diagnosticar e resolver problemas tecnicos nos dispositivos dos usuarios, quando necessario.
