.Business Development Representative at SKALE Labs SKALE Labs, a leader in blockchain technology and the driving force behind the SKALE Network, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our expansion into new verticals and continued growth. You are entrepreneurial, strategic, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have a track record of working hard and overcoming adversity. You have a passion for blockchain, and want to be part of one of the fastest growing blockchain companies. You will be reporting to a Business Development Manager, with support from the Head of Sales. This role in within Business Development and Partner Growth, with career progression opportunities to Direct Business Development and Partner Development. Responsibilities: 1. Lead Identification and Qualification: Research and identify potential leads that align with the company's strategic goals, focusing on high-quality projects in relevant sectors. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they meet the company's standards for potential engagement and success. 2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, identify emerging sectors, and pinpoint new opportunities for lead generation. Stay abreast of developments in blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, gaming, and related fields to target leads effectively. 3. Outreach and Networking: Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with potential leads, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media engagement, and attending industry events. Build and maintain a professional network that can provide referrals and insights into potential high-quality projects. 4. Content and Campaign Creation: Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to execute on compelling campaigns that attract high-quality leads. Utilize various platforms and channels to disseminate content effectively, maximizing reach and engagement. 5. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, including contact details, interaction history, and qualification status. Regularly report on lead generation activities, providing insights into successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Requirements: 1. Experience and Skills: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field, with a focus on top-of-funnel activities. Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective outreach and networking. 2. Knowledge of Industry: Good understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and related sectors. Awareness of current trends, challenges, and opportunities in the blockchain industry. 3. Technical Abilities: Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation software, and data analysis tools
