Customer Care Representative

Sous la direction du Superviseur du Service Client, «Customer Care Representative» (CDD 1 an) apportera un soutien à nos clients en gérant leurs requêtes, commandes, emails et appels téléphoniques. Ce rôle est crucial pour fournir un service client exceptionnel pour les produits et services de Boston Scientific conformément à nos processus et normes internes.
Responsabilités principales :
Gérer les appels entrants et apporter un soutien technique à nos clients.Répondre efficacement aux demandes des clients, y compris les détails de commande, les statuts de livraison et les demandes de retour.Gérer et superviser la plateforme Esker et les portails EDI.Traiter les commandes spécialisées non gérées par l'équipe centrale de traitement des commandes.Soutenir l'équipe centrale de traitement des commandes avec toutes les questions ou problèmes.Résoudre les litiges clients de manière efficace et équitable.Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des opérations du service client en suivant les procédures établies.Assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction client en fournissant un soutien rapide, professionnel et réactif.Etablir des bonnes relations avec les clients en répondant efficacement à leurs préoccupations.Ce que nous recherchons chez vous :
Au moins 3-5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire de service client, idéalement dans l'industrie des technologies médicales.Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.Forte capacité à gérer les appels téléphoniques et approche axée sur le client.Maîtrise de SAP, Esker, Salesforce/Service Cloud et des applications informatiques générales.Expérience avec les systèmes de commerce électronique, de préférence dans l'industrie des technologies médicales/santé.À l'aise pour communiquer en Français tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.Compétences supplémentaires :
Forte volonté de servir le client et de le satisfaire.Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication, en particulier au téléphone.Esprit d'équipe appréciant la collaboration avec les autres.Apprentissage rapide et compréhension des nouvelles procédures.Très organisé, fiable et attentif aux détails.Adaptable et ouvert au changement, avec un esprit proactif.Capable de prendre des initiatives et de résoudre les problèmes efficacement.Polyvalent et capable de travailler de manière autonome sur diverses tâches et outils.Ce que nous pouvons vous offrir :
